Ala Carte DUET Sessions

These sessions are designed for those who want to share a private channeling experience with another person. Duet sessions are ideal for partners, families and friends.

This page takes you through the steps to reserve an appointment for an Ala Carte DUET Session. There are 3 steps to this Reservation process:

  1. READ THE PROGRAM INFORMATION for private Ala Carte DUET sessions. A printable version is available. This section outlines useful information such as Prices, Timeframes, Recordings, Billing protocol, and the like. We suggest that you read it before scheduling your Duet session.  Jump to the Program Information Section.

  2. SIGN OUR WAIVER. We ask that each Duet Participant sign our Informed Consent Agreement / Waiver before booking your first Private Channeling session. Jump to the Waiver Section.

    If both of you have already signed the current waiver document (© 2023 or later) as either a Duet, POD, or Solo Client, then feel free to skip this section and go directly to Step #3 where you can complete our Questionnaire to Schedule your Appointment. 

  3. COMPLETE OUR QUESTIONNAIRE TO SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. Since two people are involved in this shared session, we ask that just one of you complete our online Questionnaire. We will then reach back out to you to Schedule your Duet appointment. Jump to the Questionnaire.

PROGRAM INFORMATION for private Ala Carte DUET Sessions

  • The hourly rate for Ala Carte Duet sessions is $120 per hour for either Zoom or Telephone sessions, and $150 per hour for an On-Site (In Person) Ala Carte Duet Session. If you are interested in learning about our On-Site option, click here and ask us to send you more information

  • All Duet sessions have a ‘Base’ minimum length of 1.5-Hours (90 minutes).

    • This Benefit allows you to add onto your ‘Base’ appointment time if you feel you’re not quite done by the end of your session. Simply ask to add-on more time!

    • The ‘Flex Segments’ are available in 15-minute increments and can be added to the session up to a maximum session length of 2 Hours total.

    • Each 15-minute Flex Segment is billed at one-fourth (1/4) of the same hourly rate as your Ala Carte session. For example, a Zoom or Telephone session billed at $120 per hour offers Flex Time Segments at $30 each.

  • We ask that 50% of the Duet’s Base cost be paid at the time of your appointment Reservation. For example:

    • A Zoom or Telephone session billed at $120 per hour has a minimum Base Time of 1.5 hours. Therefore, the Base Cost of the total Duet session is $180.

    • If this $180 Base Cost is split between Duet Participants, each person would be responsible for half of $180. Therefore, each Duet Participant would be responsible for a Base Cost of $90.

    • Since we ask that 50% of the Base Cost be paid upon your appointment Reservation, each Duet Participant would pay $45 at that time.

    • We can also accommodate one person paying for both parties if that is preferred.

    • After the session is over, we will charge your payment method for the remaining 50% of the Base Cost, plus any Flex Time added to the session.

    • If the Base Cost is split between Duet Participants, each person is charged the remaining Base Cost of $45, plus half of any added Flex Time. If only one person is paying for both parties, they are charged the remaining Base Cost, plus 100% of the Flex Time.

  • We offer access to a free audio recording of your Ala Carte Duet Session. We email both of you a Link to this recording at same time as we bill for the balance due for the session. These recordings are downloadable through our cloud-storage software, Drop Send.

  • Both parties will need to reserve their half of the Duet Appointment.  Once your half is reserved, our calendaring system emails to you a Confirmation Notice and a Payment Receipt. The system also sends out 3 Email reminder notices - 1 week ahead, 2 days ahead, and 2 hours ahead- and one Text reminder, 2 hours ahead.

    If your Duet session will be held over Zoom, the Zoom link is included with each email notice.

    We send both parties separate confirmations and reminder emails, even if they they share one screen for their actual channeling session.

New Clients: We ask every new Client to sign our Informed Consent Agreement / Waiver before booking their first Private Channeling session. As long as your device has the Free Adobe Reader App installed, simply Click the blue “Continue” button below and follow the blue arrow tags to complete Adobe’s E-Signature process. 

It’s very simple - just click Continue, follow the blue arrows, complete the information at the end, and you’re done!

Once the Agreement is signed and submitted, Adobe will email you a copy of your completed Agreement. 

Current Clients: If either you or your Duet partner are a Current Client and have already signed our Waiver (© 2023) within a SOLO, DUET or POD context, then feel free to jump to the next Section and complete our Questionnaire to schedule your Ala Carte Duet Appointment.

Returning Clients: If either you or your Duet partner are a Returning Client but have been away from our Practice for some years, please E-Sign our updated Waiver (© 2023) below. 

Again, if you want to complete this Waiver online, be sure you have the FREE Adobe Reader App on your device. Otherwise, Jump ahead to the Questionnaire and we will handle the Waiver later.

Again, please don’t struggle with this online Waiver process.‍ ‍

We can handle it later through email.

COMPLETE our QUESTIONNAIRE to SCHEDULE your Ala Carte DUET Appointment

Since two people are involved in a Duet session, we ask that one of you complete our Intake Questionnaire as the Group Representative. 

We will then follow-up with the Representative to identify a date and time slot for your Duet appointment.

After the appointment slot is identified, we then email a Reservation Link to both Participants so that each can complete their own Reservation process.

Please note that we ask for a 50% deposit at the time of Reservation. Feel free to refer to our Program Information for additional details.

Once both Participants have completed their individual Reservations, then we will formally confirm your Duet Appointment.
