Ala Carte POD Sessions

These sessions are designed for those who want to share a channeling experience with a private group of 3 or more people.  POD sessions are ideal for families and friends seeking to deepen their relationships through the exploration of Conscious Community.

This page takes you through the steps to reserve an appointment for an Ala Carte POD Session. There are 3 steps to this stage of the Reservation process:

  1. READ THE PROGRAM INFORMATION for private Ala Carte POD sessions. A printable version is available. This section outlines useful information such as Prices, Timeframes, Recordings, Billing protocol, and the like. We suggest that you read it before scheduling your POD session.   2. SIGN OUR WAIVER. We ask that each POD Participant sign our Informed Consent Agreement / Waiver before booking your first Private Channeling session. Jump to the Waiver Section.

    If you have already signed the current waiver document (© 2023 or later) as either a Solo Client, Duet or as a member of a POD, then feel free to skip this section and go directly to Step #3 where you can complete our Questionnaire to Schedule your Appointment.

  3. COMPLETE OUR QUESTIONNAIRE TO SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. Since there are several people involved in a POD, we ask that one of you serve as the Group Representative and complete our Questionnaire. We will then reach back out to you as the Representative to Schedule your POD appointment. Jump to Questionnaire.

PROGRAM INFORMATION for private Ala Carte POD Sessions

  • ‍The hourly rate for an Ala Carte POD session varies depending upon the size of the Group and whether you want to hold the session On-Site (In-Person) or over Zoom.

  • All POD sessions have a minimum ‘Base’ length of 2 Hours (120 minutes).

    • This Benefit allows the POD to add time onto the 2-Hour ‘Base’ appointment length if the group feels that they are not quite done by the end of the session. Your Group Representative can simply ask to add-on more time!

    • Specifically in the case of a POD Ala Carte, the ‘Flex Segments’ are available in 15-minute increments and can be added to the session up to a maximum session length of 2.5 Hours total.

    • Each 15-minute Flex Segment is billed at one-fourth (1/4) of the same hourly rate as your Ala Carte session. For example, a Zoom Session for a 4-person POD billed at $180 per hour offers Flex Time Segments at $45 each.

  • We ask that 50% of the POD’s Base cost be paid at the time of your appointment Reservation. For example:

    • A Zoom Session for a 4-person POD billed at $180 per hour has a minimum Base Time of 2 hours. Therefore, the Base Cost of the total POD session is $360.

    • If this $360 Base Cost is split between the 4-person POD Participants, each person would be responsible for one fourth of $360. Therefore, each POD Participant would be responsible for a Base Cost of $90.

    • Since we ask that 50% of the Base Cost be paid upon your appointment Reservation, each POD Participant would pay $45 at that time to reserve your spot.

    • We can also accommodate one person paying for all parties if that is preferred.

    • After the session is over, we will charge your payment method for the remaining 50% of the Base Cost, plus any Flex Time added to the session.

    • If the Base Cost is split between the 4 POD Participants, each person is charged the remaining Base Cost of $45, plus one fourth of any added Flex Time. If only one person is paying for all parties, they are charged the full remaining Base Cost, plus 100% of the Flex Time.

  • We offer access to a free audio recording of your Ala Carte POD Session. We email a link to each Participant at the same time as we bill for the remaining session balance. These recordings are downloadable through our cloud-storage software, Drop Send.

  • Each POD Participant will need to reserve their individual spot in the POD Session.

    Once all POD Participants have reserved their spots, our calendaring system emails each person a Confirmation Notice and a Payment Receipt. The system also sends out 3 Email reminder notices - 1 week ahead, 2 days ahead, and 2 hours ahead- and one Text reminder, 2 hours ahead.  

    If your POD session will be held over Zoom, the Zoom link is included with each email notice.

New Clients: We ask every new Client to sign our Informed Consent Agreement / Waiver before booking their first Private Channeling session. As long as your device has the Free Adobe Reader App installed, simply Click the blue “Continue” button below and then follow the blue arrow tags to complete Adobe’s E-Signature process. 

It’s very simple - just click Continue, follow the blue arrows, complete the information at the end, and you’re done!

Once the Agreement is signed and submitted, Adobe will email you a copy of your completed Agreement. 

Current Clients: If you are a Current Client and have already signed our Waiver (© 2023) either in a SOLO, DUET or POD context, then to jump to the next Section and complete our Questionnaire to schedule your Ala Carte POD Appointment.

Returning Clients: If you are a Returning Client and have been away from our Practice for some years, please E-Sign our updated Waiver (© 2023) below.

Again, if you want to complete this Waiver online, be sure you have the FREE Adobe Reader App on your device. Otherwise, Jump ahead to the Questionnaire and we will handle the Waiver later.

Again, please don’t struggle with this online Waiver process. We can handle it later though email. Simply move onward to the next section and complete our Questionnaire.

COMPLETE our QUESTIONNAIRE to SCHEDULE your Ala Carte POD Appointment

Since there are several people involved in a Pod session, we ask that one of you serve as the Group Representative and complete our Intake Questionnaire below.

We will then follow-up with the Representative to reserve a date and time slot for your Pod appointment. 

After the appointment slot is reserved, we email a Reservation Link to all Participants so that they each can complete their own Reservation process.

Once all Participants have completed their individual Reservations, we will formally confirm your Pod Appointment.
