POD Coaching Journeys

These channeled sessions are designed for Private Groups of Three or more, who have already experienced an Ala Carte POD session and now want to Level-Up and experience a 3-session series of shared channeling sessions that we call a POD Coaching Journey. 

Our POD Coaching Journeys are ideal for small groups of like-minded people on a Community Path who are seeking assistance and support from The Other Side to deepen their commitment and capacity to grow together in Conscious Community.   

This page takes you through the steps to reserve your POD Coaching Journey. There are 2 steps to this stage of the Reservation process:

  1. READ THE PROGRAM INFORMATION for private POD Coaching Journeys.  This section outlines useful information such as Prices, Timeframes, Billing protocol, and the like. We suggest that you read it before scheduling your POD Coaching Journey.  A printable version is available.

  2. COMPLETE OUR QUESTIONNAIRE TO SCHEDULE YOUR COACHING JOURNEY APPOINTMENTS: Since there are several people involved, we ask that one of you serve as the Group Representative and complete our Questionnaire.

    We will then reach back out to you as the Representative to Schedule your three appointments for the POD’s Coaching series and to review details on how you and the rest of your POD can complete the Reservation process.

PROGRAM INFORMATION for POD COACHING JOURNEYS

  • A POD Coaching Journey consists of a private group of 3 or more people who share a series of three channeling sessions. These Coaching sessions are held once a month, for a 3-month period (a Quarter).

  • The hourly rate for a POD Coaching Journey varies depending upon the size of the group. These POD Coaching sessions are offered at a substantial discount from the POD Ala Carte rate.  This is our way of supporting your POD in their commitment towards Conscious Community.

  • All POD Coaching sessions have a ‘Base’ minimum length of 2 Hours (120 Mins).

  • We do not offer POD Coaching Journeys through our On-Site (In-Person) program.  Therefore, all POD Coaching sessions are held over Zoom.

  • We ask that each Participant pay for their portion of the entire POD Coaching Series at the time of Reservation.  For example, each of the participants in a 6-Person POD would pay $120 at the same time that they reserve their spot in the 3-session series. If one person is paying for all Participants, please note that in the Questionnaire below.

    • This Benefit allows the POD to add time onto the Base appointment if the group feels that they are not quite done by the end of the session. Your Group Representative can simply ask to add-on more time!

    • A single ‘Flex Segment’ of 30-minutes (1/2 Hour) can be added to any POD Coaching session for a maximum session length of 2.5 Hours.

    • The rate for this 1/2 Hour Flex Segment will be calculated at 50% of same ‘Hourly Rate’ as the rest of the Series, based upon the size of your POD group. This additional cost can either be split equally between all Participants or the full amount charged to only one.

  • We offer access to a free audio recording of your Coaching Session. We email each Participant a Link to this recording after each of the 3 Sessions. These recordings are downloadable through our cloud-storage software, Drop Send.

  • After each Participant reserves their spot in the POD Coaching Series, our calendaring system emails to them a Confirmation Notice and a Payment Receipt. The system also sends out 3 Email reminders for each of the three appointments - 1 week ahead, 2 days ahead, and 2 hours ahead- and one Text reminder, 2 hours ahead.  Your Zoom link is included with every email notice.

  • Since the POD Coaching work has a relatively external focus with its emphasis on Conscious Community, we recommend that those who continue with ongoing POD work also consider Solo sessions as well. 

    By doing this, you can experience greater balance between your external and internal growth, which then further supports the Conscious Community.  It’s an infinity loop!

We ask every Client to sign our current Informed Consent Agreement / Waiver before booking their Private Channeling session. If you have already signed a current one for a POD, Duet, or Solo Ala Carte session, then there is no need to do so again. But if not, then please Contact Us.
