TERMS & CONDITIONS

We require that you complete an Informed Consent Agreement/Waiver prior to scheduling your first Appointment for either a Private session or one of our Group Cluster sessions. This is an important first step in our ‘Intake Process’.

Waivers for Private Client Sessions: There is only one Waiver that we use for all Private Client Sessions and that same document covers Solo sessions, Duet sessions, and PODS.  Jump to that Section Below

Waivers for Public group Clusters: Each of our Public Clusters has a specific Waiver associated with it. Jump to that Section Below

T&C’s for Public group Salons: While signed Waivers are not required for either of our Public Salons, there are specific Terms and Conditions associated with each of them. Jump to that Section Below

PRIVATE SESSION WAIVERS

We require your signature on only one Informed Consent Agreement/Waiver, which covers all of our Private Client Sessions, whether they be Solos, Duets, or Pod Sessions. This single Waiver also covers both Ala Carte and Coaching sessions.

If the Participant is a Minor/Child, we use this Waiver for a Minor/Child and ask that the Adult with legal responsibility for the Minor/Child contact us to discuss the logistics of this request. 

WAIVERS FOR GROUP CLUSTERS

Prior to enrolling in either of our group Cluster programs, we initially require your signature on the Participant Agreement associated with that particular Cluster.  After this initial step, you are good to go for future sessions of that same Cluster
